Abstract
This research is to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees in the production department of PT. Indonesia Aluminum Corp. The object of this research is all production employees who work at PT. Indonesia Aluminum Corp. This research was conducted on 45 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size uses a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS and Smart-PLS analysis tools. the results of the discussion of this research show that job training has a significant positive effect on employee performance, then the work environment also has a significant positive effect on employee performance, but work motivation has no effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Job Training, Work Environment, and Work Motivation Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Indonesia Aluminium Corp. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi yang bekerja pada PT. Indonesia Aluminium Corp. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 45 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SPSS dan Smart-PLS. Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian juga lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
