Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, workload, and work environment on employee turnover intention. The population in this research is 63 permanent employees of CV Ismie Jaya. The sampling technique used is NonProbability Sampling using Saturation Sampling. The method of data collection is survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) for data analysis and Smart-PLS for data processing. The results of this research show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. The work environment has a positive effect on employee turnover intention at CV Ismie Jaya. The results of the study imply that compensation, workload, and work environment are factors that must be considered to reduce employee turnover intention in order to achieve organizational goals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 63 karyawan tetap CV Ismie Jaya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan pengolahan data menggunakan Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada karyawan CV Ismie Jaya. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa kompensasi, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja adalah hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk mengurangi tingkat turnover intention karyawan demi terwujudnya tujuan organisasi.
