Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and motivation on turnover intention. The population in this study were 110 employees of PT Fresh On Time Seafood, Snow Crab Division. The sample used was 110 employees, using quantitative methods by obtaining primary data in the form of surveys, then the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The sample collection method uses saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square or SmartPLS 3.0. The research results show that the Organizational Commitment variable has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Motivation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi terhadap turnover intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 karyawan PT Fresh On Time Seafood Divisi Snow Crab. sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 110 karyawan, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mendapatkan data primer berupa survey, lalu instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan saturated sampling atau sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square atau SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian diketahui Variabel Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
