Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, compensation, and work environment on work engagement. The population of this study consists of 156 employees from manufacturing companies PT. XYZ in the Bekasi. This research uses a saturated sample. The study is an associative causal type. The research instrument employs a questionnaire. The study utilizes Smart PLS Version 3.0. The results show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, compensation has a positive but not significant effect on work engagement, and work environment has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Work Environment, Work Engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap keterikatan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 156 karyawan perusahaan manufaktur di PT. XYZ Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja.
