Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of work stress, workload, and work discipline on the turnover intention among the marketing staff employees at PT. Equityworld Futures, Jakarta, Sahid Sudirman Center branch. The research object comprises permanent marketing staff employees working at PT. Equityworld Futures, Sahid Sudirman Center branch in Jakarta, with a total population of 254 employees. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 156 employees. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach, analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS as the analytical tool. The findings indicate that work stress has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention, workload has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention, and work discipline has a negative and significant impact on turnover intention at PT. Equityworld Futures. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan staff marketing PT. Equityworld Futures Jakarta cabang Sahid Sudirman Center. Objek penelitian ini adalah staff marketing karyawan tetap yang bekerja pada PT. Equityworld Futures cabang Sahid Sudirman Center Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 254 karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu mengambil sampel dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 156 karyawan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Equityworld Futures.
