Abstract
In the current era of industrial revolution, in achieving the goals of an organization, it is very dependent on the human resources it has. Employee performance is the level of achievement of results in order to realize the goals of an organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation, Career Development and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. PGAS Solution Jakarta. Research design: using saturated samples with a total of 52 permanent staff from various divisions, the analysis was carried out quantitatively with a questionnaire collection method. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used as an analysis method and Smart - PLS 3.0 is used as an analysis tool. This study proves that the variable Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Career Development, Work Environment, Employee Performance Di era revolusi industry saat ini, dalam mencapai tujuan suatu organisasi sangat bergantung pada sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Kinerja karyawan merupakan tingkat pencapaian hasil dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Pengembangan Karir dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. PGAS Solution Jakarta. Desain penelitian : menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 52 staff tetap berbagai divisi, analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart – PLS 3.0 digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pada variabel Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
