Abstract

This study is to analyze Leadership Style, Compensation and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention of PT Sirtu Alam Makmur employees. The object of this research is all employees who work at PT Sirtu Alam Makmur. This research was conducted on 80 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study state that the Leadership Style variable has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT Sirtu Alam Makmur North Jakarta. Keywords: Leadership Style, Compensation, Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT Sirtu Alam Makmur. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Sirtu Alam Makmur. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Sirtu Alam Makmur Jakarta Utara. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention
