Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, workload, and compensation on employee turnover at PT. Telesindo Citra. The population and sample in this study were 57 employees. The sampling method used was a saturated sample. The method of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used Smart Partial Least Square 4.1. This research states that the work-life balance variable has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Keywords: Work life balance, Workload, Compensation, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, beban kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Telesindo Citra. Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square 4.1. Adapun penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.
