Abstract
This study aims to analyze the reception of followers related to career education content on the TikTok account "@vmuliana" using Stuart Hall reception analysis. This study uses a qualitative method with a constructivism paradigm, with the subject of the study being active followers of the TikTok account "@vmuliana" who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that followers of TikTok accounts "@vmuliana" are looking for career education content to get information, tips, and learning that can be applied in their career development. TikTok content "@vmuliana" is considered to provide useful input for the work and career of informants, as well as bring a positive impact in increasing their understanding of career education. The most influential content is videos that discuss topics such as CV preparation, job interview tips, and information about the world of work. Most of the informants also felt an improvement in their careers after participating in career education content on the TikTok account "@vmuliana". Overall, this study shows that followers of TikTok accounts "@vmuliana" feel the benefits and positive impact of the career education content presented, and this is evident from their increased understanding and improvement in their careers after participating in these contents. Keywords: Reception Analysis, Career Education Content, TikTok, Vmuliana Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis resepsi followers terkait konten edukasi karir pada akun TikTok "@vmuliana" dengan menggunakan analisis resepsi Stuart Hall. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme, dengan subjek penelitian berupa followers aktif akun TikTok "@vmuliana" yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa followers akun TikTok "@vmuliana" mencari konten edukasi karir untuk mendapatkan informasi, tips, dan pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan karir mereka. Konten TikTok "@vmuliana" dinilai memberikan masukan yang bermanfaat bagi pekerjaan dan karir para informan, serta membawa dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang edukasi karir. Konten-konten yang paling berpengaruh adalah video-video yang membahas topik seperti penyusunan CV, tips wawancara kerja, dan informasi seputar dunia kerja. Sebagian besar informan juga merasakan adanya perbaikan dalam karir mereka setelah mengikuti konten edukasi karir pada akun TikTok "@vmuliana". Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa followers akun TikTok "@vmuliana" merasakan manfaat dan dampak positif dari konten edukasi karir yang disajikan, dan hal ini terbukti dari peningkatan pemahaman mereka serta perbaikan dalam karir setelah mengikuti kontenkonten tersebut.
