Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Company Size, and Sales Growth on Company Value. This study is a causality study with a quantitative research type sourced from secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of the tourism, restaurant, and hotel sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The population in this study were tourism, restaurant and hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample consisted of 10 tourism, restaurant and hotel subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 and were selected by purposive sampling. The data collection method was through data retrieval from annual financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The research method uses the panel data regression method. Data is processed using Eviews 12. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and size do not affect company value, gross profit margin has a positive effect on company value, sales growth has a negative effect on company value. Keywords : Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Firm size, Sales growth, Firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan sub sektor pariwisata, restoran, dan hotel yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pariwisata, restoran dan hotel yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 10 perusahaan sub sektor pariwisata, restoran dan hotel yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018-2022 dan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui pengambilan data dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode regresi data panel. Data diolah menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan size tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, gross profit margin berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
