Abstract

Tourism is a rapidly growing phenomenon and plays an important role in the economic growth of a region. A tourist attraction is something that is interesting to visitors, which can be a natural attraction, man-made, or human. Guci Nature Tourism, located in Guci Village, Bumijawa District, Tegal Regency, is an example of mountain tourism with a unique natural attraction. Located at the foot of Mount Slamet with a height of 1,050 meters, this area offers various facilities such as villas, hotels, homestays, restaurants, play areas, educational tours, outbound, camping grounds, waterparks, and horse tours. Guci Tourism has attracted more than 2.88 million visitors over the past five years. However, accommodation facilities such as resort hotels are still inadequate to accommodate visitors' recreational activities. Therefore, the development of a resort hotel is expected to attract more tourists and increase the popularity of Guci Tourism Object. With an ecological architectural approach that combines nature and technology, this resort hotel is designed as an environmentally friendly green building, in line with the concept of green and sustainable architecture. Designs that take into account the use of environmentally friendly materials and the proper placement of building openings are expected to create comfort and harmony with the surrounding natural environment. Pariwisata merupakan fenomena yang berkembang pesat dan memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah. Obyek wisata adalah sesuatu yang menarik bagi pengunjung, yang bisa berupa daya tarik alami, buatan manusia, atau bersifat manusiawi. Wisata Alam Guci, terletak di Desa Guci, Kecamatan Bumijawa, Kabupaten Tegal, merupakan contoh wisata pegunungan dengan daya tarik alam yang khas. Berada di kaki Gunung Slamet dengan ketinggian 1.050 meter, kawasan ini menawarkan berbagai fasilitas seperti villa, hotel, homestay, restoran, area bermain, wisata edukasi, outbond, tempat perkemahan, waterpark, dan wisata kuda. Wisata Guci telah menarik lebih dari 2,88 juta pengunjung selama lima tahun terakhir. Namun, fasilitas akomodasi seperti hotel resort masih kurang memadai untuk menampung kegiatan rekreasi pengunjung. Oleh karena itu, pembangunan hotel resort diharapkan dapat menarik lebih banyak wisatawan dan meningkatkan popularitas Obyek Wisata Guci. Dengan pendekatan arsitektur ekologis yang menggabungkan alam dan teknologi, hotel resort ini dirancang sebagai green building yang berwawasan lingkungan, sejalan dengan konsep arsitektur hijau dan berkelanjutan. Desain yang mempertimbangkan penggunaan material ramah lingkungan dan penempatan bukaan bangunan yang tepat diharapkan dapat menciptakan kenyamanan dan keselarasan dengan lingkungan alam sekitar.
