Abstract

This study is how the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and compensation on job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 15 employees, with the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The study results explain that the influence of organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organization climate, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: the effect of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on job satisfaction Penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasaan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasaan kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Iklim organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja Kata kunci: Pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasaan kerja
