Abstract
The main issues faced by PT. XYZ include delays in report preparation, difficulties in data retrieval, and communication barriers with the company headquarters. These challenges lead to inaccurate information and hinder decision-making processes. The root causes are manual reporting systems, poor data integration, and inefficient communication. This study employs qualitative methods such as interviews, observations, and document analysis, along with quantitative methods for calculations related to production and financial activities to obtain accurate results. This research proposes the implementation of ERP (Microsoft Power BI) using Lean methods, waste analysis, Why-Why analysis, value stream mapping, and Enterprise Resource Planning. The goal is to present data online and improve reporting efficiency. The findings show that implementing Power BI can reduce report preparation time to 2-3 days, saving 3,100 work hours per year and enhancing operational efficiency. Data accuracy rates reach 90%-100%, improving transparency and visualization. DPMR enables more effective performance monitoring with alerts for daily or monthly targets, facilitates access to historical data for long-term analysis, and achieves cost savings of approximately 305 million rupiah annually. This research is expected to assist in managing reporting within manufacturing companies. XYZ meliputi keterlambatan penyusunan laporan, kesulitan pencarian data, dan hambatan komunikasi dengan pusat perusahaan. Hal ini menyebabkan ketidakakuratan informasi dan menghambat pengambilan keputusan. Penyebab utamanya adalah sistem pelaporan manual, integrasi data yang buruk, dan komunikasi yang tidak efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, serta metode kuantitatif untuk perhitungan terkait aktivitas produksi dan keuangan guna memperoleh hasil yang akurat. Penelitian ini mengusulkan implementasi ERP (Microsoft Power BI) dengan metode Lean, analisis pemborosan (waste), analisis Why-Why, pemetaan aliran nilai (value stream mapping), dan Enterprise Resource Planning. Tujuannya adalah untuk menyajikan data secara online dan meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Power BI mampu memangkas waktu pembuatan laporan menjadi 2-3 hari, menghemat 3100 jam kerja per tahun, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Tingkat akurasi data mencapai 90% - 100%, meningkatkan transparansi dan visualisasi. DPMR memungkinkan pemantauan kinerja lebih efektif dengan alarm untuk target harian atau bulanan, memudahkan akses data historis untuk analisis jangka panjang, serta membawa penghematan biaya sekitar 305 juta rupiah per tahun. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam manajemen pelaporan di perusahaan manufaktur.
