Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Pharmaceutical Division of PT Mensana Aneka Satwa. The population and sample in this study were 88 respondents consisting of employees of PT Mensana Aneka Satwa Pharmaceutical Division. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with statistical software program SPSS (Statical Package for Social Science). The results of this study indicate that Leadership and Work Motivation each have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Leadership and Work Motivation together have a positive influence on Employee Performance. Keyword : Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Divisi Farmasetik PT Mensana Aneka Satwa. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 88 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan PT Mensana Aneka Satwa Divisi Farmasetik. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan program software statistic SPSS (Statical Package for Social Science). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja secara masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersamasama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
