Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload, compensation, and job satisfaction on turnover intention in employees of PT Elshinta Radio. The object of this research is permanent employees who work at PT Elshinta Radio located in West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 60 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. Data collection methods by collecting primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the Smart-PLS 3.0 soft statistic. The results showed that (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (2) Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (3) Job Satisfaction has no effect on Turnover Intention employee PT. Radio Elshinta. Keyword: Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban kerja, Kompensasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan PT. Radio Elshinta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja pada PT. Radio Elshinta yang berlokasi di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui soft statistic Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention,(2) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (3) Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT. Radio Elshinta. Kata kunci: Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention
