Abstract

In business competition, there are still several companies that experience employee turnover intention problems. The problem of turnover intention is a problem that cannot be considered easy because it can cause many employees in the company to have the intention to move from the company. One company that is experiencing quite serious problems in employee turnover intention is PT. XYZ. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of work stress, workload and work environment on turnover intention among PT employees. PT. XYZ A total of 60 employees of PT. XYZ was the respondent in this research using the saturated sample method. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis techniques and data management using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that work stress and workload have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Stress, Workload, Work Environment, and Turnover Intention Persaingan bisnis masih terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang mengalami masalah tunover intention pada karyawan. Masalah turnover intention merupakan masalah yang tidak bisa dianggap mudah karena dapat menyebabkan banyak karyawan diperusahaan memiliki niat untuk pindah dari perusahaan tersebut. Salah satu perusahaan yang mengalami masalah yang cukup serius dalam turnover intention karyawan adalah PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis analisis dampak stres kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. XYZ. Sebanyak 60 karyawan PT. XYZ menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode sample jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan pengelolaan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stres kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Turnover Intention
