Abstract

Marketing communication strategies play an important role for companies to help build customer loyalty. The strategy created must be in accordance with the needs of the Company in order to be right on target will use what type of communication will be used. This research focuses on knowing the marketing communication strategy of PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors to build customer loyalty in the Southern Sumatra area. This marketing communication strategy theory uses the RACE strategy which consists of several stages to resolve the obstacles that occur in carrying out the marketing communication strategy. The research paradigm used a constructivist paradigm with a case study research method. The data collection technique was to use unstructured interviews with informants and non-participant observation and documentation studies. As well as data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing and verification. The data validity technique used is source triangulation. The results showed that the communication strategy uses the RACE method by going through the process in it, namely Research which consists of redundancy, canalizing, informative, persuasive and educative. While Action through event procurement programs, giving rewards and borrowing demo car units. For Communication, it can provide product knowledge to salesmen so that they can provide maximum information to customers. Finally, through the evaluation stage using a 360o survey, it can be a benchmark as an evaluation material for PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors that the marketing communication strategy through the program provided is in accordance with customer needs. Keywords : Marketing Communication, Strategy, RACE, Loyalty Strategi komunikasi pemasaran sangat berperan penting bagi Perusahaan untuk membantu dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan. Strategi yang diciptakan harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan Perusahaan agar menjadi tepat sasaran akan menggunakan jenis komunikasi apa yang akan digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors untuk membangun loyalitas pelanggannya di area Sumatera Bagian Selatan. Teori strategi komunikasi pemasaran ini menggunakan strategi RACE yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap untuk menyelesaikan hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam menjalankan strategi komunikasi pemasaran tersebut. Paradigma penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis dengan metode penelitian studi kasus (case study). Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan melakukan wawancara tidak terstruktur kepada informan dan observasi non-partisipan serta studi dokumentasi. Serta teknik analisa data melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi menggunakan metode RACE dengan melalui proses di dalamnya yaitu Research yang terdiri dari redundancy, canalizing, informatif, persuasif dan edukatif. Sedangkan Action melalui program pengadaan event, pemberian reward dan peminjaman unit demo car. Untuk Communication dapat memberikan product knowledge kepada salesman agar dapat memberikan informasi secara maksimal kepada pelanggan. Terakhir melalui tahap evaluasi menggunakan survey 360o dapat menjadi tolak ukur sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran melalui program yang diberikan sudah sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan. Kata kunci : Komunikasi Pemasaran, Strategi, RACE, Loyalitas
