Abstract
This study is to analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, and selfefficacy, on employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Central Jakarta. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Telkom Access Central Jakarta. This research was conducted on 80 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using the Slovin Technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The research results show that leadership has a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Telkom Central Jakarta Access. The work environment does not have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Telkom Central Jakarta Access. Self efficacy has a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Telkom Akses Jakarta Pusat. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Pusat. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Pusat. Self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Pusat.
