Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of training, motivation, and leadership on employee performance at PT. T.RAD Indonesia. The population in this study consists of 200 production employees at PT. T.RAD Indonesia. The sample used is 133 employees at PT. T.RAD Indonesia, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that the variables of training and motivation do not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: training, motivation, leadership, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. T.RAD Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 karyawan produksi di PT. T.RAD Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 133 karyawan di PT. T.RAD Indonesia, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel pelatihan dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
