Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee work productivity. The population in this study were 78 employees of the Program Planning and Control Division TVRI. By using a causal quantitative approach. Determination of sample size uses a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires directly using Google forms. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this research state that Transformational Leadership, Work Environment, and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Work Productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 pegawai Divisi Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Program TVRI. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung menggunakan Google form. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai.
