Abstract

Q-Big BSD City Mall is a large shopping mall in BSD. Though Q-Big BSD City Mall is a shopping center recently opened with the concept of open wide circulation but the many visitors who come to shop or just sightseeing when holidays and weekends. With the concept of the open circulation make a different zoning with other shopping centers and the number of large area around tenant between 5,000 m2 to 10,000 m2 are connected to each other by supporting small shops like cafes, restaurants, and sports shop with the playing area which is in the Middle, making circulation in Q-Big BSD City Mall different from other shopping centers.The purpose of this research is to know the perceptions of visitors about the circulation convenience in the shopping center Q-Big BSD City Mall. Research methods used are qualitative observations. The observation is performed by the measurement on the circulation in the shopping centre, the results of the measurements are compared with existing standards, to be come a detailed questionnaire statement aimed at visitors Q-Big BSD City Mall. The results obtained from measurement and comparison with standard circulation for the entire shopping centre is already in compliance with the existing standards, and is taken from the perception of visitors who come for the whole circulation of shopping center obtained is very convenient. Q-Big BSD City Mall adalah pusat perbelanjaan yang besar di BSD. Meskipun Q-Big BSD City Mall adalah pusat perbelanjaan yang baru dibuka dengan konsep sirkulasi terbuka yang cukup luas namun banyak pengunjung yang datang untuk berbelanja ataupun sekedar berwisata ketika hari libur dan akhir pekan. Dengan konsep sirkulasi terbuka membuat zonasi yang berbeda dengan pusat perbelanjaan yang lain dan banyaknya tenan besar dengan luas sekitar 5.000 hingga 10.000 m2 yang terhubung satu sama lain dengan pendukung toko-toko kecil seperti kafe, restoran dan toko olahraga dengan area bermain yang berada di tengah-tengah, menjadikan sirkulasi di Q-Big BSD City Mall berbeda dengan pusat perbelanjaan yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi pengunjung tentang kenyamanan sirkulasi di pusat perbelanjaan Q-Big BSD City Mall.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi kualitatif. Observasi dilakukan dengan pengukuran pada jalur sirkulasi di pusat perbelanjaan, hasil pengukuran dibandingkan dengan standar yang ada, akan dibuat pernyataan kuisioner yang ditujukan untuk pengunjung Q-Big BSD City Mall. Hasil yang didapat dari pengukuran dan dibandingkan dengan standar sirkulasi untuk keseluruhan pusat perbelanjaan adalah sudah sesuai dengan standar yang ada, dan diambil dari persepsi pengunjung yang datang untuk keseluruhan sirkulasi pusat perbelanjaan yang didapat adalah sangat nyaman.
