Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational trust, training and career development on job satisfaction. The object of this study is an employee of PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Supervisor. This study used quantitative research method with a correlational approach. The population in this study was 74 employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Area Supervisor. By using saturated sampling where the entire population is sampled. The data collection method uses the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this peelitian is the Structural Equation Model with the Partial Least Square analysis tool. So that cooperation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: The Influence of Cooperation, Organizational Commitment, and Achievement Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Supervisor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitaif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 orang karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama Area Supervisor. Dengan menggunakan Sampling jenuh yang mana seluruh populasi dijaikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam peelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square. Sehingga didapatkan kerjasama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Pengaruh kerjasama, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Motivasi Berprestasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
