Abstract

This study is to analyze the effect of Job Insecurity, Workload and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT Ts Tech Indonesia. The Population in this study were 130 employees of PT Ts Tech Indonesia. The sample used was 98 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses random sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, namely by using a closed questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that Job Insecurity has a significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Job Insecurity, Workload, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Insecurity, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Ts Tech Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 karyawan PT Ts Tech Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 98 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yakni dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Job Insecurity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Job Insecurity, Beban Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
