Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of career development, organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance. Population in this research is 80 respondents Bank Indonesia Institute. The sample used is 80 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The data collection method uses asurvey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that career development does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Career Development, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 responden Bank Indonesia Institute. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah 80 responden dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan isntrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
