Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the work from home policy, and providing rewards for employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (study at the company PT. Artjasa Electronic Payments). This research method uses quantitative. The population in this study was 295 permanent employees. The sampling technique in this research used simple random sampling, with a sample size of 170 people. Research data was collected through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that: 1) working from home has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 2) Compensation (has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 3) working from home has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) has a positive effect and significant to employee performance. and significant on employee performance, 5) work from home has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction, 6) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. The contribution of this research is the findings that can be used as a basis for human resource management policies in improving company performance Keywords: Work From Home, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan kebijakan work from home, dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening (studi pada perusahaan PT. Artjasa Pembayaran Elektronis). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 295 karyawan tetap. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Model –Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) work from home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, 2) kompensasi (berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, 3) work from home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 5) work from home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasai kepuasan kerja, 6) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah temuan yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.
