Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara persepsi kelebihan beban kerja dengan kesiapan untuk berubah dipuskesmas kecamatan kalideres jakarta barat dengan metode kuantitatif. Subjek yang digunakan ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dipuskesmas kecamatan kalideres jakarta barat dengan jumlah populasi 66 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Data dikumpulkan dari dua skala yaitu skala persepsi kelebihan beban kerja dengan skala kesiapan untuk berubah. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi spearman. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang langsung dibagikan kepada responden. Proses pegolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 20,00 For Windows. hasil respon kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik uji korelasi spearman. Hasil perhitungan uji korelasi spearman diperoleh nilai p 0,000 yang berarti < 0,05 maka ditolak. Nilai koefisien korelasi antara persepsi kelebihan beban kerja dengan kesiapan untuk berubah yang diperoleh sebesar 0,912. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persepsi kelebihan beban kerja dengan kesiapan untuk berubah.The purpose of this study is to see a relationship between the perception of overload work with the readiness to change at the puskesmas Kalideres district west jakarta with quantitative methods. Subjects used are civil servants (PNS) at the puskesmas Kalideres district, West Jakarta with a population of 66 Civil Servants (PNS). Data were collected from two scales: the scale of overworkedness perception with the scale of readiness to change. Sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique. Data analysis using Spearman correlation test. Data collection using questionnaires directly distributed to respondents. Management process data using SPSS 20.00 for Windows. the results of the questionnaire responses were analyzed using Spearman correlation test. Spearman correlation test calculation results obtained significant p-value 0.000 <0.05 then rejected. Value ko efficient correlation between the perception of work overload with readiness for change gained 0.912. Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the perception of overwork with the readiness to change.
