Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relationship between Workload, Motivation, Compensation, and Employee Performance at PT Aurora Bisnis Internasional. The population under study consists of 50 employees. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. The data collection technique employed in this study is the saturated sampling method among permanent employees of PT Aurora Bisnis Internasional. The collected data will be analyzed using the Smart PLS technique. The research findings indicate that Workload has a negative and significant impact on Employee Performance, while Work Motivation and Compensation have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Keywords: Workload, Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan Beban Kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Aurora Bisnis Internasional. Populasi yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini terdiri dari 50 karyawan, Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh pada karyawan tetap PT Aurora Bisnis Internasional. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan
