Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge sharing, work culture and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Global Utama Sentosa. The population of all employees of PT. Global Utama Sentosa, with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 statistical software. The research results show that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Global Utama Sentosa. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Global Utama Sentosa. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Global Utama Sentosa. It is recommended that companies continue to improve Knowledge Sharing, Work Culture and Work Motivation within the company. Keywords: knowledge sharing, work culture, work motivation, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Global Utama Sentosa. Populasi seluruh karyawan PT. Global Utama Sentosa, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistic SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Global Utama Sentosa. Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Global Utama Sentosa. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Global Utama Sentosa. Di sarankan kepada perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan Knowledge Sharing, Budaya Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja dalam perusahaan.
