Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stress Kerja dan Gender terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dimana diajukan tiga variable bebas dan satu variable terikat, yaitu Beban Kerja, Stress Kerja, dan gender sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja sebagai variabel terikat. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyan PT Bank Woori Saudara KCP Kebon Jeruk. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 35 responden menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gender berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Woori Saudara KCP Kebon jeruk.This research focus to understand the influence of workload, job stress, an gender on employee performance. Three variable were submitted as independent variable as dependent variable is employee performance. Object of this study is employees of PT Bank Woori Saudara KCP Kebon Jeruk. The study is done to 35 respondents which had to use descriptive quantitative approach with saturated samples method. Analysis data in this research use liniear regression worship of idols and uncultivated use SPSS 23. Result of this research is show workload and job stress have negative impact and significant to employee performance, Gender have positive impact and significant to employee performance of PT Bank Woori Saudara KCP Kebon Jeruk.
