Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Divisi Service PT Astra Internationl Tbk–Auto2000 Daan Mogot Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 57 responden dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda.This study aims to determine the effect of competence, training on employee performance. The object of this research is employees of Service Division PT Astra Internationl Tbk-Auto2000 Daan Mogot Jakarta.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompetensi, pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Astra Internationl Tbk–Auto2000 Daan Mogot Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara simultan kompetensi dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Astra Internationl Tbk–Auto2000 Daan Mogot Jakarta. This research was conducted on 57 respondents with quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, competence variables, training effect on employee performance in PT Astra Internationl Tbk-Auto2000 Daan Mogot Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous test (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of two independent variables that support the hypothesis. This research states that partially competence has positive and significant effect to employee performance, training has positive and significant effect to employee performance and simultaneously competence and training have positive and significant influence to employee performance in PT Astra Internationl Tbk-Auto2000 Daan Mogot Jakarta.
