Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bumi Agung Perkasa Indah. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 73 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 51% dan sisanya 49% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.This research is to know the influence of work environment, organizational commitment and leadership styles on performance of employees of PT Bumi Agung Perkasa is beautiful. This research was conducted against the 73 respondents using a quantitative approach is associative. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are partially significantly influential work environment on performance of employees. The Organization's commitment to a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. And the leadership style of influential positive significantly to the performance of employees. Work environment, organizational commitment and shared leadership styles – the same effect on the performance of employees amounting to 51% and the remaining 49% influenced other variables that are not described in the research
