Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Graha Indomedia Group. the number of samples determined were respondents using the Slovin formula with a total of 133 to 100. The data collection method used the interview and survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The conculosion in this study is that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: job satisfaction, job stress, organizational commitment, and turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, setres kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Graha Indomedia Group. jumlah sampel yang ditentukan adalah responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan total 133 menjadi 100. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dalam penelitian ini kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap turnover intention, komitment organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifian terhadap turnover intention.
