Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Styles, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance in improving the quality of education. This type of research is a survey research conducted at the Sekar Laut Pelni Slipi Foundation, located in West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 86 teachers using the interval descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the saturated sample test because the population is small. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Styles variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, and the Work Motivation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. This can be proven from the results of hypothesis testing which shows the significance and the significance of the variables. Therefore, the test results of this study state that there is a positive influence of Transformational Leadership Styles, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at Sekar Laut Pelni Slipi Foundation, West Jakarta. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Styles, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei yang dilakukan pada Yayasan Sekar Laut Pelni Slipi yang berlokasi di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 86 orang guru dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif interval. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam uji sample jenuh karena jumlah populasi sedikit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukan nilai signifikansi dan tidak signifikansinya variabel. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja Terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Sekar Laut Pelni Slipi Jakarta Barat.
