Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Environment, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Dana Purna Investama The research design uses a causal design with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all employees at PT. Full Investment Fund. The sample used in this study was 60 respondents. Methods of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using SEM - PLS. The research findings show that the environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dana Purna Investama with an original sample value of 0.196. The results of this study can be interpreted that the better the work environment, the better the employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dana Purna Investama with an original sample value of 0.237. The results of this study can be interpreted that the better the work motivation, the better the employee performance. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Dana Purna Investama with an original sample value of 0.583. The results of this study can be interpreted that the better the organizational culture, the better the performance of employees. Keywords: Environment; Motivation; Organizational Culture; Employee Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan, Motivasi, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Dana Purna Investama. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam peneliti ini adalah seluruh Karyawan pada PT. Dana Purna Investama. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM – PLS. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Dana Purna Investama dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,196. Hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Dana Purna Investama dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,237. Hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa semakin baik motivasi kerja maka semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Dana Purna Investama dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,583. Hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa semakin baik budaya organisasi maka semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan; Motivasi; Budaya Organisasi; Kinerja Karyawan
