Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload, compensation and work stress on Turnover Intention. The population in this study was 110 permanent employees of PT. Aerocom Global Sejahtera. The sampling technique used in this research uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 87 permanent employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% using a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords : Workload, Compensation, Job Stress, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 karyawan tetap PT. Aerocom Global Sejahtera. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 87 karyawan tetap, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan margin of error 5% dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
