Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of compensation, authoritarian leadership style, and organizational culture on turnover intention in PT. Ilham Putra Wicaksana. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was all employees of PT. Ilham Putra Wicaksana as many as 75 respondents. Purposive sampling technique using certain criteria as many as 57 permanent employee respondents. The study was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that compensation variables have a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, authoritarian leadership style has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, Authoritarian Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Ilham Putra Wicaksana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Ilham Putra Wicaksana sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling yang menggunakan kriteria tertentu sebanyak 57 responden karyawan tetap. Penelitian dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, gaya kepemimpinan otoriter berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
