Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of work-life balance and learning organization on the job performance of employees at PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. Sample selection was done using purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 96 respondents. In this study, there is a positive and significant influence between work-life balance and learning organization on the job performance of employees at PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. The R Square value for work-life balance and learning organization on job performance is 0.828, indicating that the influence of work-life balance and organizational learning on job performance accounts for 82.8%. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Learning organization, Job Performance Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh work life balance dan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan spss versi 26. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Teknik purposive sampling yang memperoleh sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara work life balance dan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. Nilai R Square dari work life balance dan organisasi pembelajran terhadap prestasi kerja menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,828, yang memiliki arti pengaruh work life balance dan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 82,8%.
