Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bank Index Selindo. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 42 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) dan ketepatan model juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari empat variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa.This study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction to work motivation. The object of this study are employees of the PT Bank Index Selindo. This study was conducted on 42 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of data used in the analysis of multiple linear regression test form. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, variable organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction affect the work motivation of PT Bank Index Selindo. This is evidenced from the results of the partial test (t test) and the accuracy of the model also demonstrates the significant value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis.
