Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. SARIAH (PERSERO) Jakarta dengan menggunakan dua variabel yaitu Work Family Conflict dan Kecerdasan Emosional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu melakukan analisis melalui statistik deksriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan regresi linier berganda dengan mengumpulkan sampel sebanyak 47 responden yang dilakukan secara sampel jenuh berdasarkan data primer dari PT. SARINAH (PERSERO) Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Work Family Conflict positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.SARINAH (PERSERO) Jakarta, sementara variabel Kecerdasan Emosional negatif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.SARINAH (PERSERO) Jakarta.The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees at PT. SARINAH (PERSERO) Jakarta by using two variables : emotional intelligence and work-family conflict. The method used is the analysis through descriptive statistics, test classic assumptions, hypothesis testing and linear regression to collect a sample of 47 respondents taken by saturated sampling based on primary data from PT. SARINAH (PERSERO) Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that work-family conflict variable is positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. SARINAH (PERSERO) Jakarta, while the emotional intelligence variable negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. SARINAH (PERSERO) Jakarta.
