Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Abadi Jaya Xpress. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 30 karyawan PT. Abadi Jaya Xpress Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (PLS) Versi 3.0 Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study aims to improve and apply the influence of transactional leadership, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Abadi Jaya Xpress. Data collection was done through questionnaires distributed and implemented on 30 employees of PT. Abadi Jaya Xpress Data analysis in this study using the help of Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling where the data processing using the program Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 3.0 The analysis results show the performance. No discipline on employee performance and transactional leadership style to work discipline.
