Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, stres kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan GrabBike. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 100 karyawan GrabBike. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 23 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di GrabBike.This study was to determine the effect of work motivation, job stress, and organizational culture to employee performance at GrabBike company. This research used a sample of 100 GrabBike employees. Data were collected directly from the respondents using questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed using the linear multiple regression with SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results indicate that work motivation and organizational culture have positive and significant effects on employee performance, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at GrabBike.
