Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik , Disiplin, dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai . Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh pegawai SUDIN koperasi, UMKM,dan perdagangan walikota Jakarta Barat, metode menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi yang berjumalah 42 pegawai sebagai sampel. Metode analisa data yaitu penelitian ini adalah yang berbasis varian Partial Least Square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap disiplin, Kepemimpinan Otentik memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lalu Disiplin memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja pegawai sedangkan kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of authentic leadership, Discipline, and Emotional Intelligence on employee performance.This study uses all employees Sub cooperatives, SMEs, and the mayor of West Jakarta trading, methods of using the entire population berjumalah 42 employees as a sample. Methods of data analysis that this study is based variant Partial Least Square.The results showed that emotional intelligence has no effect on discipline, Authentic Leadership have a positive influence on employee performance. Discipline a positive influence on employee performance, while emotional intelligence has no effect on employee performance. Discipline a positive influence on employee performance.
