Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di PT. Aditama Prima Lestari Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Aditama Prima Lestari Jakarta, yang berjumlah 120 karyawan. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini, maka penulis memakai metode Slovin dan didapatkan jumlah sampel 92 karyawan. Pengukuran tanggapan responden terhadap kuesioner dengan menggunakan 5 jenjang skala Likert. Hasil dalam penelitian ini (1) Nilai Adjusted (R²) Kontribusi kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi menjelaskan peningkatan organizational citizenship behavior PT. Aditama Prima Lestari Jakarta dari Adjusted (R²) 0,598 ; (2) Hasil dari koefisien regresi variabel Kepuasan kerja memiliki nilai t sebesar -1,513 dengan tingkat signifikansi probabilitas 0,134 lebih besar dari standar signifikansi 0,05. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan pada PT. Aditama Prima Lestari Jakarta; (3) Hasil dari koefisien regresi variabel Komitmen Organisasi memiliki nilai t sebesar 10,567 dengan tingkat signifikansi probabilitas 0,000 lebih kecil dari standar signifikansi 0,05. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan pada PT. Aditama Prima Lestari Jakarta.The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Aditama Prima Lestari Jakarta. This research used survey method. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Aditama Prima Lestari, which amounts to 120 employees. To determine the number of samples to be used in this study, the authors used Slovin method and obtained a sample size of 92 employees. Measurement of responses of respondents to the questionnaire by using 5 levels Likert scale. The collected data is tested for consistency and accuracy of the measuring instrument through validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. Results in this study (1) Adjusted Value (R²) Contribution of job satisfaction and organizational commitment explain the improvement of organizational citizenship behavior PT. Aditama Prima Lestari Jakarta of Adjusted (R²) 0,598; (2) The result of variable regression coefficient Job satisfaction has t value equal to -1,513 with level of probability significance 0,134 bigger than standard significance 0,05. It is stated that Job Satisfaction variable has no significant effect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) employees at PT. Aditama Prima Lestari Jakarta; (3) The result of regression coefficient of Organizational Commitment variable has a value of t equal to 10,567 with probability significance level 0.000 smaller than standard significance 0,05. This states that the variable Organizational Commitment has significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior employees at PT. Aditama Prima Lestari Jakarta.
