Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mngetahui pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada website pembelian online www.Bobobobo.com. Objek penelitian ini adalah orang yang pernah melakukan pembelian online pada website www.Bobobobo.com khususnya di daerah Karawaci dan Jakarta Barat. Teknik pemngambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Convenince Sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 110 responden. Pendekatan yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis stastistik dalam bentuk Partial Least Square PLS Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.This research aims to know influence Belief and Quality Service Against Customer Loyalty on online purchasing website www.Bobobobo.com. The object of this research is people who have made an online purchase on the website www.Bobobobo.com especially in the area Karawaci and West Jakarta. Sampling technique in this research is Convenince Sampling. This study was conducted on 110 respondents. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative, data analysis that is used is stastistic analysis in the form of Partial Least Square PLS. The results of this research showed that trust gives positif and not significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality gives positive and significant influence to customer loyalty.
