Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, pelatihan dan kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Ikong Pharmaceuntical. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pria dan wanita pada PT. Ikong Pharmaceuntical Industry dengan menggunakan metode sample jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh antar variabel dan uji hipotesis yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak Statistical Procces Social Science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Ikong Pharmaceuntical Industry, sementara pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Ikong Pharmaceuntical Industry.This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, training and leadership on employee productivity PT. Ikong Pharmaceuntical. This research is a causality research. The object of this research is male and female employees at PT. Ikong Pharmaceuntical Industry using saturated sample method. Data were collected using questionnaire method with 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, influence test between variables and hypothesis test run with Statistical Procces Social Science (SPSS) software. The results showed that Compensation and Leadership does not affect the productivity of employees of PT. Ikong Pharmaceuntical Industry, while training has a significant effect on employee productivity PT Ikong Pharmaceuntical Industry.
