Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Onjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Istana Kebon Jeruk divisi bengkel yang berlokasi di Kebun Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan nilai signifikan dan hasil uji parsial uji (t) menunjukkan hanya gaya kepemimpinan bernilai signifikan sedangkan budaya organisasi tidak menunjukkan nilai signifikan. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Istana Kebon Jeruk divisi bengkel. Dan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Istana Kebon jeruk divisi bengkel.This research aims to know the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. The object for this research is the employees of PT. Istana Kebon Jeruk on service and spare parts division that located in Kebun Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. This research was done to 60 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows the result of (f) simultaneous test shows significant point simultaneously and the result of (t) partial shows only leadership style shows significant point while organizational culture did not show significant point. Therefore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence between leadership style on employee performance of PT. Istana Kebon Jeruk on service and spare parts division. And there is not influence between organizational culture on employee performance of PT. Istana Kebon Jeruk on service and spare parts division.
