Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bintang Jaya Proteina Feedmill. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bintang Jaya Proteina Feedmill. PT. Bintang Jaya Proteina Feedmill yang berjumlah 32 orang, yang semuanya dijadikan sampel jenuh, sehingga penelitian ini adalah penelitian sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada semua karyawan. dan selanjutnya pengolahan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of organizational support and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Bintang Jaya Proteina Feedmill. The object of this research is employees who work in PT. Bintang Jaya Proteina Feedmill. Bintang Jaya Proteina Feedmill which amounted to 32 people, all of which used as sample saturated, so this research is saturated sample research. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to all employees. And then data processing is analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the perception of organizational support has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
