Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence innovative work behavior at PT Bintang Sempurna in Central Jakarta. The population of this study were employees of PT Bintang Sempurna in Central Jakarta with a sample size of 86 employees. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results found that agile leadership has a positive effect on talent management. Agile leadership has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Talent management has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Organizational culture has a positive effect on talent management. Organizational culture has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Talent management plays a role in mediating the effect of agile leadership on innovative work behavior, and talent management plays a role in mediating the effect of organizational culture on innovative work behavior at PT Bintang Sempurna in Central Jakarta. Keywords: Agile Leadership, Organizational Culture, Talent Management, Innovative Work Behavior, SEM PLS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku kerja inovatif pada PT Bintang Sempurna di Jakarta Pusat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari PT Bintang Sempurna di Jakarta Pusat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Kepemimpinan tangkas berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen talenta. Kepemimpinan tangkas berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen talenta. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovaitif. Manajemen talenta berperan memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan tangkas terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, dan Manajemen talenta berperan memediasi pengaruh Budaya Organisai terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif pada PT Bintang Sempurna di Jakarta Pusat.
