Abstract
This research aims to determine product quality, brand image and shop atmosphere on purchasing decisions at the Tuku Coffee Shop. The subjects in this research were consumers who had previously purchased Toko Kopi Tuku products and visited Toko Kopi Tuku outlets. The sample used in this study was 133 respondents. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the sample collection method in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis tool used in this research is SEM-PLS. Product Quality has a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image has a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions, Store Atmosphere has a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Store Atmosphere, Purchase Decision Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek dan Suasana Toko Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Toko Kopi Tuku. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang konsumen sudah pernah membeli produk Toko Kopi Tuku dan mengunjungi outlet dari Toko Kopi Tuku. Sampel pada penelitian ini yang digunakan sebanyak 133 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini SEM-PLS. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Citra Merek berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Suasana Toko berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
