Abstract

In the construction of a construction project, of course, there is project scheduling and project cost control. In practice, sometimes these two things deviate from what has been planned, so that it is necessary to control and manage a project. Apart from being seen from quality, the success of a project can also be seen from the perspective of cost and time control. Time is an important thing that is interrelated in controlling a project. Where the time delay can determine how much the costs incurred in the project. So that the time delay needs to be done prevention and control so that it does not occur. To restore the level of progress, the scheduling method, namely CPM and PERT, can be used to obtain the optimal duration of project activity implementation. The method used in this study uses the CPM and PERT methods in analyzing time management by creating a network and determining the critical path so that the duration of the work can be obtained, while the PERT method uses 3 time estimates, namely optimal time (c), pessimistic time (l), and time most likely (n). This research was conducted at the Patria-Blitar Type A Terminal Revitalization project with a planned duration of 65 weeks. The intent and purpose of writing this Final Project is to determine the duration of time using the CPM and Pert methods for the Patria-Blitar Type A Terminal Revitalization project. This study is limited to analyzing time management and does not calculate the cost for each job. The planned duration using the CPM method is 63 weeks, and the planned duration using the PERT (project evaluation and review technique) method is 64.33 working weeks and the PERT method can provide a time limit for the analysis results obtained based on table Z normal distribution with a value of 0.24, the probability is 0.5948, meaning there is a 59.48% chance of completing the project in 65 weeks or less. Keywords : CPM, PERT, Schedule, Critical Path, Duration, Time. Dalam pembangunan suatu proyek konstruksi tentunya terdapat penjadwalan suatu proyek, dan pengendalian biaya proyek. Dalam pelaksanaannya, terkadang dua hal tersebut menyimpang dari apa yang telah direncanakan, sehingga perlu dilakukannya pengendalian dan pengelolaan suatu proyek. Selain dilihat dari mutu, keberhasilan suatu proyek juga dapat dilihat dari segi pengendalian biaya dan waktu. Waktu merupakan hal penting yang saling berkaitan dalam pengendalian suatu proyek. Dimana keterlambatan waktu dapat menentukan seberapa besar biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam proyek tersebut. Sehingga keterlambatan waktu perlu dilakukan pencegahan dan pengendalian agar hal itu tidak terjadi. Untuk mengembalikan tingkat kemajuan, dapat digunakan metode penjadwalan yaitu CPM dan PERT untuk mendapatkan durasi optimal pelaksanaan kegiatan proyek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode CPM dan PERT dalam menganalisis manajemen waktu dengan membuat jaringan kerja dan menetukan lintasan kritis sehigga di dapat durasi pekerjaan, sementara itu untuk metode PERT dengan menggunakan 3 estimasi waktu yaitu waktu optimis (c), waktu pesimis (l), dan waktu paling memungkinkan (n). penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek Revitalisasi Terminal Penumpang Tipe A Patria-Blitar dengan durasi perencana 65 Minggu. Maksud dan tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk menentukan durasi waktu dengan menggunakan metode CPM dan Pert pada proyek Revitalisasi Terminal Penumpang Tipe A Patria-Blitar. Dalam penelitian ini dibatasi hanya menganalisis manajemen waktu dan tidak menghitung biaya pada setiap pekerjaan. Durasi yang direncanakan menggunakan metode CPM adalah sebesar 63 minggu, dan durasi yang direncanakan menggunakan metode PERT (project evaluation and review tecnique) adalah sebesar 64,33 minggu kerja dan pada metode PERT ini dapat memberikan suatu batasan waktu dari hasil analisa yang didapat berdasarkan tabel Z distribusi normal dengan nilai 0,24 maka didapat peluang 0,5948, artinya ada peluang sebesar 59,48% untuk menyelesaikan proyek tersebut dalam kurun waktu 65 minggu atau kurang dari itu.
